Jeffrey Dahmer was an American serial killer and sex offender known as the "Milwaukee Cannibal" or the "Milwaukee Monster." Between 1978 and 1991, Dahmer murdered and dismembered 17 men and boys. He engaged in necrophilia and cannibalism with some of his victims, and his arrest uncovered a house of horrors in which he preserved body parts.
